I phoned Hampton Appliance because they were recommended by *** My dishwasher was leaking I contacted the service and they arrived in two days At that time, of course, the dishwasher didn't leak but the serviceman said to let them know if it began to leak again Everything was fine for two weeks, then a major leak occurred I was able to get an appointment the next day This time the gasket was discovered to be the problemI was not charged a service call for this, just the new gasket I found the service people to be friendly and on time as well as fair as to charges I will use them again and will recommend them to my friends
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are never on time. Lady who answers phone when she feels like it is nasty as [redacted]. Claims she is the manager and owner. Her name she said was Debbie. We have waited for a month now for service call and parts that had to be ordered I had to call them to find out about estimate.( they say they will call the next day) I finally found out a week after. Gave a deposit had to call again regarding when the hell the parts were coming in. Maraculously the parts came in later that day that I called. Set up time for repair and again sitting here waiting. And waiting. Call to find out when they are coming and they tell me not for at least another 3 hrs. I said that is unacceptable. Debbie then started to get testy with me saying she didn't have to listen to me. I have worked in customer service my whole life. And never would have treated a customer the way she does. And she is supposedly the owner. Do not use this company. They are rude and unreliable.
