Review: at 11:30 am on April **, I went to the FULL SERVICE gas pump at this Shell Station. I gave attendance my mastercard and when he asked how much, I said, "$20." He spoke Spanish and I even repeated $20 regular. He came back to my window and gave me a receipt for $36.70! He kept telling me "Gas in your tank. You must pay." I went to the Hampton Bays Police and reported this scam, but was told they could not do anything about it. Then I went to my bank, [redacted], and they said they could not stop payment because as soon as the attendant punched in my zip code, it was paid. So I turn to you. I am a retired senior citizen who lives on her social security check each month. I only wanted $20 gas because it is so expensive in Hampton Bays at 4.099 a gallon. I could get more at a lower price where I live. It was pump #3 invoice [redacted]My Mastercard bill is invoice [redacted], authorization code [redacted]. I will pay the $20 as I asked, but feel this is a deliberate scame they do to people at the full service, and I want my $16.70 refunded.Desired Settlement: I will pay the $20, which is what I asked for in gas from the attendant. But I want the $16.70 refund.
