They didn't manage their appointment properly so they were "no call, no show" on June 26thWe charge a $rescheduling fee when our customers are "no call, no show" on the previous appointment and then they want to use their Groupon voucher for another appointmentMsJohnson didn't like the fact they had to pay $fee so she called Groupon and received a full refundHampton Bodywerks Massage Spa does not owe them any refund

I left a bad review on their Facebook page because I had a very bad experience with themTheir response was to threaten to sue me and bully meThis has got to be illegal, unethical and wrong

I am rejecting this response because: The fact that a receptionist is fairly new is not justification to re-book an appointment, then call back and tell the prospective client there will be an additional charge I am through dealing with this merchant, but have already had opportunities to share this bad experience I contacted the Revdex.com as I wanted to report this business due to how the whole *** and scheduling/re-scheduling was handled, so that others have my report and can make an informed decision on whether or not to use *** or this spa Their website has glowing reviews;other feedback I have discovered since my experience seems to be more honest and reflect parts of my experience, to include how they talk to clients, or prospective clients
I'll count this as a $"lesson learned" I will never purchase a *** again, and will take every opportunity available to publicize this merchant's handling of the *** offer they solicited

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] did not contact groupon due to a $25 fee. She called because Hamptons conducted themselves so poorly as a business. She did not feel comfortable letting an establishment with such incompetent staff perform services involving her 4 month pregnant body. Not only was she concerned about their lack of knowledge, since they couldn't comprehend that [redacted] called on May 20th to reschedule the original June appointment due to a commitment he made as a U.S. Marine, and that May does in fact fall before June, but she was also concerned that the unfriendly exchange could create ill intentions from the masseuse. An expecting mother takes no chances. This was never about a minor $25 fee, but more of a refusal to give patronage to such rude individuals. A refund is no longer necessary, but a warning to other potential clients definitely is.
