I have tried repeatedly from - to obtain my refund from Hampton Court Nursing and Rehab CenterThe only result I have gotten is the cease of monthly billing statements this year (2018) since my last letter and phone call addressed to the facilityNo one follows through on the calls nor lettersI am owed a refund for monies paid in advance for services renderedHampton Court failed to submit claims properly to the insurance companies provided and thus a problem was createdThe facility was eventually paid by one contracted insurance company but elected not to give the money back that I paid to them resulting in this company being paid twice for the same serviceOnce from me and again from the insurance companyThe paying insurance company (secondary) instructed them to bill the primary for the remainder which they never didInstead they wanted to charge me more money but I begged the differenceSo I am filing this complaint maybe just maybe they will take heed and ref
