The terms/ responses are acceptable and I want to schedule the work, with one exception: My inquiry about the warranty/ guarantee concerns the fence company's work, not the manufacturer's warranty on the product itselfThe owner of the fence company mentioned to me verbally in several conversations last year that there was a guaranteeI understood this to mean the work done by the company because it was raised in the context of me expressing concerns about the manner in which the fence and posts were installedPlease clarify in writing if the workmanship by the fence company is guaranteed and for how longAlso, if there is a written warranty as to the product itself from the manufacturer, I would appreciate a copy of the termsOnce this issue is resolved, we can proceed with scheduling the corrective work proposed by the businessThank you

We installed 3 sections of PVC fence, we counted the sections, the issue was that the wood sections were longer than the PVC sections.  What we can do is move the chain link back where it was and get a piece of 18" PVC to fill the gap and cement the posts.  If this is to your satisfaction...

please let me know so we can rectify the situation where all parties are happy.

Here are the answers to the questions: Question 1. We will connect the 18" gap by connecting to existing post and add another post.Question 2. No it is not possible to replace it with a larger piece because the sections are 8' long.Question 3. YesQuestion 4. We will put new cement by the gate posts, all other posts have been filled with a dry mix sacrete which is what we use on all our jobs and have been using for over 40 years. Question 5. Yesquestion 6. I will have the vendor provide a warranty if applicable

[Your Answer Here] I am not rejecting the response outright, but need clarification before we can reach an agreement:1) how would the new 18" PVC gap filler be secured? Will it connect to the end post of the PVC fence installed last year and then have another PVC post up against the pre-existing chain link fence?2) is it possible to replace the last PVC panel before the chain link fence with a larger piece that connects to the chain link fence directly without having the 18" gap filler?3) will the chain link post that was moved be put back in its original position and be secured with new cement?4) Will the fence company cement ALL of the PVC posts installed last year and any new one(s) associated with the 18" piece?5) Will the fence company schedule the work for when I can be present at my home? (during regular business hours)6) Will I be provided with guarantee/warranty information concerning the PVC fence in writing?I respectfully await a further response and am hopeful that a resolution can be reached.
