The patient was originally setup in December 2015 and given upgraded heated tubing which was not billed to her insurance company. supply orders, one in March and the other in July the patient did receive basic tubing as stated on the prescription. Respectively, six months and two months after receiving the shipments we were notified by the patient that she received incorrect tubing when in actuality she did receive correct tubing as per the prescription. Out of good will we did ship out at our expense, one heated tube. We feel we did nothing wrong and acted above and beyond for this patient.
