Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: All though mostly accurate, I did return both of their calls and never heard back The respondent also omitted that I had called them times the previous week without receiving a call back, never asking me for a new prescription from the doctorThe first call asked for new supplies to be sent; the 2nd asked again and the 3rd asked what the status wasThere was total lack of communication from them and the for a customer service company, this is disgraceful As far as I am concerned there was too little action, too late The representative would not have her job very long, if employed by myself I spent almost years in the customer service business and the woman I worked with needs a new vocation, just not customer service In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer has incorrectly stated that the *** Unit was the only service providedWe also provided heated humidifier,mask, headgear,tubing, cushions and filtersThe only subsequent fees were for the additional months of rental for the *** unitThe patient received a brand new unit from usHe
failed to meet the compliance requirements of his insurance companyThat necessitated us to either pick up his machine or provide him with a private pay optionWe offered the customer a discounted rate of $to purchase the *** unitWe were selling this particular *** at the time for $It still had a significant market value for us as a rental unit, especially with the low hour usageThe customer sent us a check for $because he deducted the amount he already paid towards his insurance deductibleHowever, what he failed to take into account was the additional accessories and supplies he receivedIn addition, a large portion of our bus iness is renting medical equipment so we cannot allow individuals to rent equipment and then arbitrarily subtract that amount from a subsequent purchaseThe market value of equipment must be taken into accountWe still need the additional amount of $to complete the sale.We would refund the customer's partial payment if he decides return the unit to us within the next thirty days

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to *** *** complaintHis order was delivered in its entirety on 7/**/After we received this complaint, we contacted *** *** who confirmed receipt of his orderHe also stated that he contacted Revdex.com to attempt to retract his complaintAs ***
*** states, we received a valid Rx on or about 7/**/We cannot ship out any orders until we receive a proper prescriptionIt takes 2-business days after we receive the Rx to verify insurance eligibility and process the orderWe show that we did try several times to contact the patient to no avail*** *** himself acknowledges that we tried twice but was not available to take the calls at the timeWe attempted to speak with him on 7/** and on 7/**His order was shipped on Monday 7/**, which he received the next dayI do agree it would have been better if we were able to personally speak with *** ***, rather than communic ating via voicemail, and have addressed this with our customer service representative
