the property. We have documented conversations he has had with our guest assistance department at the Hilton corporate office.

The hotel and mgt totally refused to give me correct room. Once I entered wrong room, the jetted tub did not work. Hotel and mgt did not offer to fix jetted tub or offer to move me to another room. Once corporate office told me and told the hotel to refund my money the hotel refused.  This is the worst customer service ever.
