Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am a grown adultIf I smoked in the room I would have just accepted it and moved onI do not believe that three separate people went in the room and smelled it and it required all of thatI absolutely think that they saw the cigarette butts in the trash can from my ashtray and assume that I smoked in thereI am financially sound I do not care about the $charge it's the principle of the thingAs I stated if I was smoking in the room why would I go outside to smoke? That is on your cameraNone of this makes any senseAnd from the marijuana smell that was coming down the hall, I'm surprised that this is your main concern Regards, [redacted] ***

Every guest who walks in our property sees the sign 100% smoke freeAt chewe take signature and plus remind the guest that we are smoke free and if they smoke there will be $billed to their credit cardMs*** *** very well knew about this chargeWe have a very intensive process of
identifying the room has been smoked, three of our team members are sent inside the room separately and if they all confirm the strong odor, we go ahead and bill the guestIt does not matter if hard evidence is left behind or not but if room has the strong odor and we cannot rent it out we put the chargeEveryone who gets billed says we did not smoke and even try to clean up trash cans but they forget the odor lingers and they cannot hide thatwe have billed her correctly and will not remove the chargeSorry, but we do what we got to do and the charge we put goes toward the downtime and extensive deep cleaning and carpet shampooingBest Regards, Mike M***
