Review: I book a 10 room block for my 8/* wedding. My guests were supposed to check in from 8/*-8/** (some on thiursday and some on friday). They promised me to have 3 of the rooms with a fridge and a microwave and try to have the rooms close by.

1. some of the guests were not in the system when they tried to check in

2. They had some of the check in dates wrong

3. all the rooms were in different floor

4. My two rooms taht were suppose to be connected for my bridal party were not, I had no fridge

5. when I came back from my wedding, they did not clean the room or turn it into the bridal suite like I was promise though I left the candles and rose petals. I had to clean myself that night so we could sleep

that morning I got a call that my husband was dead so I rushed out of the room and informed the front desk, now the hotel cannot find my boxes that had my belonging that was left behind. They only gave me my son duffle bag and all my stuffs are missing.
