[redacted] As hard as it may be to believe regarding most Americans, I have been without computer access for the last two weeks Therefore I did not receive your notice that my dispute has been closed until todayThis closing of my complaint should NOT have taken place I still have a dispute with the motel in question They have not been honest regarding what they have told you.I have in hand a letter sent the Hampton Sheridan (WY) by me June 21, 2014.I have in hand a letter sent to Hampton Inns, [redacted] ***, Carrollton, TX on July of this year, as well.I sent Hampton Inns an e-mail on 7/17/14.NO ONE has responded to any of my complaints from either place (By the way, we registered complaints at the front desk of the motel, verbally, before we left the motel.)Again, this complaint is NOT closed Hampton should honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee!!! They shamefully will not even bother to respond.Thank you for your help I hope to hear from you soon

To Whom it May Concern;This letter is in reference to a complaint by a guest named *** ***. According to Hampton Inn records we have nothing showing this guest had an unsatisfactory stay. Our policy is 100% guarantee but if it is not brought to the general manager's attention than it is difficult to follow through with that policy. We do our best meeting all guests needs and pride ourselves in going above and beyond for everyone. Again, if we are not aware of the situation at time of incident than we have a difficult time fixing the issues. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope to serve you better in the near future but would like to know what we can do to make things up to the guest. We are willing to compromise and give a guest a 50% discount if that sounds fair we would love to do that. The response sent by *** *** is NOT true I was told the day we left the Hampton that Mr*** would contact me on that same day I never heard from
him
I sent Mr*** a letter He never responded
I e-mailed Hampton's corporate headquarters They never responded
I sent Hampton's corporate headquarters a letter They never responded
It is NOT true this motel was never notified we were VERY unsatisfied with our stay and become more and more unsatisfied as we have to chase down the motel workers who will NOT respond!!! We would appreciate being refunded as per Hampton's very own promise!!
Thank you, Revdex.com, for YOUR work and we hope this motel will honor its own promises without being untruthful about its customers!!
