We would like to apologize for the confusion. The customer should not receive the product 5 days before being charged again. However, there are T&C's listed two different times before...

checking out about our auto-enroll program. I understand the customer is upset about receiving product and being charged so soon after receiving. I have refunded $81.99 back to the customer today, it may take 2-3 days for the money to return back to the customer.
I noticed the account has an RMA number on it, the notes indicate the customer has sent back the product. Whether or not the customer has sent the product back, he is still being refunded the desire amount. 
If there is anything else I may help with, please let me know. I hope this brings forth complete resolution for the customer. Thank you.
