My first visit to the Hampton Inn I was charged 100.70 from Dec 22 to Dec 23. My arrival time was 2:47 pm. Confirmation Number is ***...My next visit to the Hampton Inn I was charged 134.65 on Jan26 to the 27th..Confirmation Number ***. both times the rooms werent cleaned adequately.And the staff could not explain why the discrepancy in the price.Neither stay was enjoyable
Our rates fluctuate based on supply and demand within the market similar to airlines. When many hotels have rooms available the rates may be considerably lower on theses days verses days where hotels have very few rooms available. Area events, holidays and when the reservations are made can also play into the prices of rooms each day. We appreciate the opportunity to address any issues as soon as it is brought to our attention so they can be corrected as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on having one of the highest cleanliness scores as well as having many compliments on our room cleanliness. Details on what fell short in regards to cleanliness would be appreciate so they can be addressed.
