Absolutely terrible hotel and service and terrible management! I cancelled my reservation twice and they still processed a payment!
Absolutely terrible hotel and service and terrible management! I cancelled my reservation twice and they still processed a payment saying I didnt cancel and *** the GM wouldnt do anything in regards to a refund for somewhere I never stayed I now have to call my bank and do a charge back and will be filing a complaint with corporate as well as the Revdex.com and Consumer affairs, do not stay here!
