Review: On 8/10/3 I booked a room online in Billings. We arrived at 7pm the 11th. I attempted to checkin but was told they could not find the reservation. I did not have my reservation number. Ithen asked if there were any other rooms and was told there were none available. Since there were no rooms available and my reservation was not found I left and got a room at another hotel. I wasthen charged for this room and disputed it through my credit card. Hampton Inn denied the dispute because I did not give 24hr notice.Desired Settlement: Credit Card refund
