I am rejecting this response because: It was in my daughters garage until it was towed*** did not pay for towing nor made arrangements. The car was driven after the first time you were caught and I was advisedI told you not to drive my automobile. yet you added an additional plus miles from date we confirmed mileage. I had the car looked at buy a Volvo dealership, back brake pads do not meet brake. Directional on car does not work. Heat while under a cover does not make a radio break, trunk not open, car was keyedThe wireless control was not returned. Handles are missing inside car, pieces are cracked and broken. Volvo hub cap covers missing. I could go on however after a Volvo dealership charged me and found things not working, which I paid you forI am now taking the car to a Volvo body shop to assets damages to the interior that worked prior to you holding my car. The storage fee was never an agreement, contracted, nor signed by either party. What I found out from next, will determine my follow up. The car was obviously not covered at all times as it was driven against my will. In some states that is considered auto theft.

I am rejecting this response because: as told by a professional heat does not make a trunk not open, heat does not make the radio break, heat does not make directional not work, heat does not loosen screws to break a sun roof, heat does not add over 4,000.00 miles to a car heat does not remove the handle you hold to get out of car on the drivers side, heat does not make clean floor mats look like ground I dirt.  I am taking my car in for all damages to estimate charges.  I hope Mr. Frieze has all the parts he changed out, the tires he changed, and the car cover that was burned for a judge to decide an out come.  As for as the storage fee goes, I told [redacted] I would give him a little something for storage! Not 1000.00 nor any stated amount.  He harassed me when I wanted my car towed elsewhere.  I plan to pursue this matter in court.
