Review: I ordered a Hampton Technologies self-inking stamp from [redacted] and [redacted], Inc. I clearly put in my instructions to use "word wrap," but when the order arrived, the whole message was crammed onto one line. It was hardly readable. I had them re-do the stamp but this time explicitly said the stamp should say: Line 1: Stop the Canadian Line 2: Seal Slaughter Line 3: [redacted]. The new stamp arrived EXACTLY the same as the first! How is sending me the same thing fixing the problem? (PO # [redacted])Desired Settlement: I want the stamp that I originally ordered.

All 3 stamps were correctly manufactured and free from defects per the approvals & acknowledgments from [redacted] & [redacted]. No communications were directly made with [redacted] as he is not our direct customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. It's about time they followed simple instructions and remade the stamp.
