Review: I called about a sea doo boat this business advertised. It was advertised as being in great condition with no issues. When I spoke with the salesman, he told me that the boat was always maintained by them and was perfect. When I asked if I needed to get it checked out, he insisted it was an exceptional boat and didn't need to worry about it. When I purchased the boat and received it, it had way more scratches and scuffs than was advertised. I could get passed that if it was mechanically intact. The 1st time I put it in the water, the boat overheated. I pulled it out, called the dealer, and took it to the local sea doo dealer. The dealer told me it wasn't their boat (even though I purchased it from them) and said it was a consignment boat. I didn't even get the paperwork to buy it till after this issue. They do not have the purchase paperwork from me. I never signed it. I have now paid over $3600 in repairs. The sea doo dealer said there was no way this boat was water tested as they told me. The steering cable was bad, exhaust and compression. Hampton marine will not do anything outside of saying that it's not their responsibility.Desired Settlement: I want the dealer to buy this boat back.
