Yesterday afternoon we made a call to our property manager about the sewer mane being backed up, well following protocol she called a company in which who has dealt with this Mobile Home Community before and asked them to come and unclog the sewer mane, well around 5:30-6pm they proceeded to address the problemWell I came home to a foul odor within my household only to find out that they had blew everything back up into my bathroom (meaning feces, tampons, pee, and water)I called the company directly last night in which they stated that they would send for someone to come an address the problem, I waited up until 5'o clock this morning and nobody called to say that they weren't comingWhen I called again this morning the dispatcher proceeded to tell me that "They didn't send anybody because they figured that it was to late at night." Mind you that this place is a "hour service" businessI had to yet again request for someone to come out and fix what they had messed up, she yet
