I am responding to the complaint received by the customer, *** ***We agreed to the payment of $300.00, but she was aware that to complete the job correctly, it would take us more timeWe came to the agreement because she was begging me for less hrs to cleanI told her that we would not be
doing a deep cleaning because the house needs more attentionThe agreement was for ten hoursMy crew, of three people, went to clean and they found out that it would need more hours, not just the hrs that my crew already spent cleaningShe called me to complain, I told her we would need more time and going back would cost her another $300.00, as I mentioned before that the house needed a lot work for a deep cleaningIn our conversation, I told her for a deep cleaning it would cost much moreMy employee went back to see if something could be fixed quickly, and she told her to come back the next day, handing her a check for $She realize d it did not cover the time already spentThe client texted me to find out the time that the crew would come back the following dayI asked her if she was going to pay another hours and if she did we would come backShe started sending me upsetting emails and texts telling me she was going to stop the payment on the check she gave to my employeeThis is the only reason that I never deposited the check because my bank would charge me extra feesI actually still have the check on hand, as proof of the work we did for herShe was threatening me by saying she would call the police, sue me, take me to court, etcAlso, she was intimidating me by filing a complaint to Revdex.com, which she didIt is costing me a lot frustration, health problems, my family and my employeesI never had any kind of issues in these year with my business and years of experienceI have a lot references of my high end customers, which they know how hard my employees work and the spotless servic es my company providesHowever, now I learned a lesson that I should never trust people, especially when they are begging for a lower priceI actually need your help on advising me to how I could get paid by this kind of client
