Painted over windows to the point where I can't open them. They are sealed shut with paint. Left their lunch, towels, napkins, and other trash on the property. Let paint drip into the washing machine. Did not clean up after themselves. Arrived an hour early every morning and ate, smoked and cussed under the carport. The property is worse off than it was when they began.
