They worked on my Escalade, mechanially and paint & bodyThey had more than reasonable prices , delivered when promised and the work was spectacularThey are now our only source for auto repair

We received a fair estimate, on my civic Called in to make the appointment to bring in on a Monday, to be done on WednesdayGet there and there was a mix up in the appointmentNow I am getting the not so good feeling nowThe manager said not to worry it will get doneHe was correct! Only a day late, but not a big deal as the quality of work is greatYou would never know my son played chicken with a pole!
There was no surprise add on expense, the bill was exactly what was quoted
This is a small shop, tucked back in a small shopping centerYou would drive right past it, I know I haveIt has been there for the last 25yrs!! Seems to be run by honest, hard working guys that put out quality work
If I ever need a body shop(hopefully I don't) I know where my business will go! They have earned my repeat business, and recommendation

I took my truck to replace the hood and roof due to hail damage When I got the truck back I found welding spark holes in both the front and back seats When they replaced the rear window after putting the new roof on it leaks I hired a glass company to fix the leak and they found that out of nuts had not been put back on to seal the window They also found that screws had not been put back in and the holes filled with epoxy instead Hancock took shortcuts and did terrible work I did not want them to correct the problems as I figured they would just worsen the problem I paid over $extra to fix their shoddy workmanship not to mention the holes in the seats
