Business contacted Revdex.com and stated that he tried to call customer and was not able to reach him, phone number was disconnected. Also customer contacted the service man, not the office directly. Business owner is sorry for the inconvenience and will void the bill.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although, they did have my contact number and it never changed.  I have never contacted the office as I was referred directly to [redacted].  Communication ceased.
