I am rejecting this response because:A bowed wall is unacceptableThere were many bowed walls thru out the homeI am no longer waiting till spring to have my home fixedMike your warranty manager should not have a job there with his customer service skillsSemler Homes built a very bad home and will not stand behind their productI would love to have another expert come in and look at the paintI am very convinced that I could have done a better job

that house that dayHe confirmed that he used the electric power from inside the homeI did tell Dustin, that the gas company, was working in the area that day within the utility easement and that he may want to contact them, but we do not know why they may be using his powerThe gas company is a public utility company, not our sub-contractorThere are also other builders building homes in the same neighborhood. 2. Mike is our Warranty ManagerHe has been talking with *** since the final walk-thru of the homeThere is a bowed stud on an exterior wallAlthough, it is bowed, it is still within industry standards*** decided to fix that studMike told *** that we would fix it when weather conditions improved, so we do not open an exterior wall during the winter months*** agreed to waitIt is on our schedule to fix that wall in the spring 3. *** sent the owner of our painter company to look at the home and fix areas that needed attentionThe owner determined that the paint was completed in a professional and quality manner Sincerely, *** Semler, PresidentSemler Homes, Inc

To Whom It May Concern:As stated in Mr. [redacted]’ complaint “ At the end of our one year warranty I had them come out and look at two things, one was fixed perfectly fine, however our fire place was acting up so I had them look at that as well. The problem with the fire places was it decided when it wanted to work and not work so of course I had them take a look at it. When they were here the fire place turned on just fine. I asked the guy that came out that I was worried about our warranty is almost up and I would like them to look into it more then just hitting the power control. He said if it acts up again to just call them back whenever and they will look into it again.” This problem is identified as taking place in April of 2014 and nothing was heard about the problem again until August of 2016, if the problem had persisted and we were notified we would have responded at his request as he was told.  As of this time we are unaware of what part had to be replaced and what the replacement cost was.
