messages that were exchanged between *** and I he said he was coming up onFriday, March th at around 10am to get the boat at the latest.Come hell or high water if we needed help getting the boats out he could assist as long as he received his boat out of storage to take it in for a trade inI went through the storage buildings and found his boat as it had not been mapped out yet and because the weather was not in our favor to move boats out of storage.(There was snow/ice in front of the pole buildings blocking us from getting in) I had to have a few guys help me get the boat out of storage as it was packed full and we had to move boats to get it out.On March 10th, at 4:37pm *** asked where to go to get the boat in the morning, I said that *** and I would get it out of storage andbring it to the marinaHe then replied see you around thx muchThe morning of March 11th, at 8:am, *** ***, *** and I went to the storage facility to get the boats out of the way to get ***'s boat out so he could pick it upThat is when we had the help to get it out, because it is not a person jobAt the time that *** showed up to get his boat, we had more boats to get out of the way of the 24to bring his boat back(Bigger project than anticipated) *** did call my cell phone and said that there was a dispute about paying the billIn previous conversations with ***, I was clear that all the balances for the boat needed to be paid before we released the boatI was told that there was going to be a check for the balance, there was no check upon them arriving to get the boatI said the boat was not being released until all balances were paid in fullIt is our company policyWe did provide *** with the Invoices that were due before the boat could be picked up*** talked to *** and *** about those invoices as well over numerous phone conversations.As for the balance of $332.27(these bills are from August 2015)The dispute was for your storage at JNT's Marine Pros, LLC for wakeboard racks that you accused us of losing and a gas capWhich then in fact one wakeboard rack was found in your boat under a seat upon spring pick upWe would not take the time to take the racks off or take a gas capThe letter that you sent deducting the balance was to JNT's Parkside Marina, LLCI in return sent you a letter and told you that the balance was still due, that you would have to take that up with the owner *** and JNT's Marine Pros to solve that issueThe old charges of $started from May of Which were gas and a few retail items used for that boatPer phone conversations, we removed all the late charges as long as the account was brought current ($per month) before picking up the boatThe charge of $was for us to pull the boat out of storage before the season startedIt took us over hours with guys to remove all the boats and replace them back into the storage buildingOur shop rate is $125/hour/guyI think that $is a fair price.The total of $was charged to his account at JNT's Marine Pros, LLC with his over the phone approval to which he owes the Marinas*** our secretary at JNT's Marine Pros, LLC is the person who *** gave the card number to over the phone to pay his billI received a phone call saying the bill was paid for and then had *** take it up to the location that *** was at, so he could take the boat to trade it in
