I've never had a worse experience with a company! These guys are [redacted]. We had arbor plant come out and do a quote for 11 trees around our property. The amount although expensive seemed reasonable. It was $[redacted] We had 2 in the back very close to the house, one fallen tree and the others were scattered and a ways back. In order to save costs I purchased a chain saw and cut down and removed 8 of the trees, leaving only the two close to the house and the fallen one. They came a few days later, nice guys, I told them I had cut down most of them, no problem they said. They did their thing. Trees came down, no issues. I hadn't had time to cut up the fallen one yet so I told them to do it. A few days later we got our bill and they charged us the entire $[redacted]! Of course we phoned because we thought they had just made a mistake thinking the price would be much less expensive. It wasn't a mistake! After back and forth phone calls they said they'd be willing to take off $[redacted]! In the end we ended up paying $[redacted] for 2.5 trees when it was originally $[redacted] for 11 trees. These guys are [redacted]. I would not recommend them to anyone and I'm also putting in a complaint to the Revdex.com. They took advantage of me and the only recourse I've got is to warn others not to hire them.
