Hand & Stone Arlington South

The clients were members of Hand and Stone when they came in for their appointments. They booked a 50 minute couples massage on 12/12/2017. The client's home spa was in [redacted]. I have attached our spas massage price list labeled as Revdex.com1. I have the price of service outlined in the document....

That service price for members is $59.95 each. The clients packages that they used towards the purchase of this service is at the value of $49.95 each thus leaving a $10 balance per person. I have also attached (Revdex.com2) a sample of the first page of the Hand and Stone policies that every member regardless of location they sign up receives and signs off on. It clearly states at the bottom additional charges apply, prices may vary between locations. The client was unhappy about the charges. The front desk sales associate offered to apply their members rewards points to take care of the $20 remaining amount. The client stated she did not want to use the points. She was told she would still need to pay the remaining $20 left on the services that day. She did ask for a call back by [redacted]. An attempt to call the client was unsuccessful and they did not call our location again. We are independently owned and operated so I can not speak on their home spas pricing or whether or not the client spoke to them regarding the situation.
