I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***
I believe this doctors office will not submit this claim to my insurance because insurance only pays a portion They just want to bill the higher amount They did bill this originally with correct coding Only pulled it back AFTER seeing what insurance would payI am just asking they submit this to insurance correctly to be paid This is a doctor who makes hundreds of thousands of dollars and he is refusing to submit a claim that insurance already said they would pay based on doctors own notesInstead wants to bill a part time student working two part time jobs just so he can make another $ The doctors office response is unacceptable I'm just asking they re-submit to insurance the way they originally did the first time. *** ***
