I've attached the original agreement, where Contractor agreed to have work done in daysWe had also adjusted the deposit amount from half (Customary) to an additional $I'm very disappointed as I've worked with this contractor before and now it seems he took advantage of our
short time-frame by asking for additional money and then using it for other expenses as he claims he doesn't have the deposit although he never delivered any of the work.Thanks,
