Review: I ordered the [redacted] Cart Pack Mule (model [redacted]) from this company on line on 08-29-14. I paid the total cost of $99.95 and received acknowledgement of same through email from company. Merchandise was never delivered. I talked and emailed with company several times. Owner [redacted] emailed me on 11-03-14 stating he was unable to deliver the merchandise and would refund my money. I never received a refund.Desired Settlement: To either mail me a check for total amount refund or return the total funds to my [redacted] account (they have account info.).

Review: On August 26th, two hand trucks were shipped to me. One HT was missing wheels and the other had major dents in it. On August 29th, I forwarded an email to a customer service representative from the company with a photo of the damaged HT requesting a refunding.

The company did ship me replacement wheels. On Sept. 8th I forwarded another email to Beverly asking about the damaged HT. On September 9th, she responded and apologized for "dropping the ball"; however, no action was taken. I sent another email on Sept. 24th to her telling her that no one had contacted me and I wanted to resolve it. On October 5th, I sent an email to Sean who I think is the founder. He forwarded the email to Beverly. On October 7th, Beverly sent an email to me asking if a $30 discount would be sufficient and I declined. On October 9th, [redacted] picked up the hand truck The hand truck was picked up and delivered back to the company on 10/16/2014. I have a copy of the [redacted] Proof of Delivery. Since then, the company refuses to communicate with me. I have not received a refund back on my credit card. I want this resolved.

Review: I received a product that I did not order. I requested a return, I got no response. I contacted again. [redacted] said she would respond that day, she did not. I contacted her again, and requested a $100 discount and I would keep the product sent to me that I did not order. She said she was given the right to offer a $50 discount, which is basically the cost of shipping it back. I responded, and have not heard from her. I contacted by Phone, email and [redacted] and have not heard from anyone. I have been dealing with this issue for over a month. I would like a partial refund, or for you to come get this item, have it packaged and returned at no cost to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a discount of $100. The time, effort and frustration with your customer service had far exceeded the cost of this product. I would like for you to train [redacted] in the skill of customer server and follow through.

Review: On 12/2/14 I placed and order for 2 Milwaukee 26" folding nose hand trucks, order confirmation #[redacted]. Due to improper packaging I only received 1. The one I did receive was not in a box with a label on it but was assembled with a label hanging off of it. As a FedEx delivery contractor I see this all the time, the labels get torn off as they are mixed in with other packages. I tracked the item and it made it to the local FedEx hub in Hagerstown, MD but there was never another scan on it so it went missing. I sent several messages to Hand Trucks r Us about not receiving the item. I also placed several calls and could get no one on the phone and no response to voicemails. I finally got Beverly on the phone in February and was told it would be sent to accounting for a credit, but no credit was issued. I tried for months to get someone to respond and finally on 8/24 I spoke to [redacted] and was told I would be shipped another one. I never received it and I spoke to [redacted] again in September, During that call I told him if I didn't get a resolution I would be forced to file a complaint with Revdex.com. He then started cursing me and went on about being a small business owner, that's when I realized he owned the company. There still is no resolution to the issue.Desired Settlement: I will except delivery of the item purchased

I did not check the return policy, since I assumed I would not be billed for the shipping after returning the product
After I ordered the product, I did not receive an email receipt for my purchase
I had to call multiple times to find out when the product would be shipped
The owner of the business does not ship it directly from a warehouse that
he controls, and therefore could not guarantee shipping within hours
I requested to return the product and paid the return shipping fee
After it arrived, I was not notified of the arrival and my account was not
credited for the return
I had to call to make sure that my account was credited after the return

Review: I purchased a [redacted] brand 3 position hand truck from Hand Trucks R Us on 12/10/14 for the amount of $199.95. On 12/16/14 I used the unit for the first time. The frame bucled under the weight of the two packages. 256 lbs. The stated weight capacity of the [redacted] unit is 800lbs. I contacted [redacted] at Hand Trucks R us. He stated that they have been carrying that hand truck for eight years have not heard of any problems and wanted me to send him pictures. The frame separated near one of the wheels. I sent him pictures on 12/16/14. I called [redacted] on 12/17/14 to talk with him about a refund. [redacted] stated that they were no longer selling that model of hand truck and he would have to contact the manufacturer to get further information in case they wanted the unit returned to them. He stated he would send me an email with the return pick up information if needed and would process my refund. I did not receive any information or contact from [redacted]. I spent the next several days attempting to contact [redacted] concerning the refund with no avail. On 12/23/14 I called and was able to finally talk with [redacted] at that time he stated he would have the purchase price refunded to my account (debit) and would send a confirmation email by the end of the day. I have not received either the email or the refund not do I beleive he a=has any intention refunding my purchase money.Desired Settlement: Refund my $199.95 purchase price.
