I have been ordering items from this store for the past 25 years and have now moved to California and requested an order back in February. It is now 7 months later and I have still not received my product tho it is paid for and I have been in constant touch with the owner. She keeps making promises to me and never fulfills them. I am frustrated with the business and expect a cancellation/refund and some sort of legitimate compensation for this. If she simply told me she could not fulfill my order I would have ordered from a different more reliable company. WE have been using this store for many years and are extremely dissatisfied with this customer service and false promises. Please contact me at [redacted] to have this issue resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like my product delivered asap and some compensation for all the hassle. If it can not be completed then I would expect a refund and a replacement. This kind of business ethics is completely unacceptable especially for customers who have been loyal to her for many many years. The owner, Helaine is making promises, not fulfilling them and then not even responding to my calls or emails.
