My elderly aunt who is in assisted living received some light bulbs with an invoice for $95.70. I immediately called and requested they not contact her any more and to see if I could return the light bulbs. I was told they would credit her account and to keep the light bulbs. I just received ANOTHER invoice showing she is past due over 90 days. There is no contact information on this invoice and I do NOT plan on paying it. I'm seriously thinking about loading up the other unopened boxes she has and returning for a REFUND. She needs to be removed from your contact list. Who pays $95 for light bulbs?

Review: Received call from company wanting me to purchase light bulbs. I told them I didn't want but they sent them anyway. I contacted the company and was told to keep the bulbs and the bill would be taken care of. I continue to receive bills and have attempted to contact the company on a daily for the past 3 weeks. All I get is a recording stating they are assisting other customers. I have left numerous messages with my contact information but have received no return call. This has been on going since they sent the bulbs in May. They are trying to charge $52.85 for 4 light bulbs that was not ordered.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment as promised by company and no further contact by business

Review: Company had contacted me several times soliciting products. I had asked the representative to close my account and refrain from further contact. The same representative has called several times over the last 2 years trying to solicit and to each attempt, I demanded him to remove my name from his contact list and to stop calling. The representative responds in an inappropriate manor with a negative attitude. I have just received a call at exactly 19:00 hrs. , to which I requested, again, to be removed from his contact list. The companies telephone number is blocked from the caller Id. and the sales associate is rude and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: We believe the company attempts taking advantage of consumers due to the call center/ mail order nature of their business. I do not wish to be contacted by that company for any reason and we believe the company should be investigated for immoral sales practices and inappropriate customer service.
