I ordered a brace (via telephone) and a splint for my puppy who has a fractured growth plateThe woman on the line was actually quite pleasant to speak withWhen I asked how long it would take for the brace to arrive, she said it would arrive the next day I paid additional dollars to have the item shipped only it never did arrive the next or the next day or the next dayIn fact, it arrived days later I asked the company to cancel my order and resend but they claimed they could not do this until the first parcel showed upAs it turned out, my husband had to go and repurchase the items and drive to pick them up The company refuses to pay me back my shipping charge stating that the item DID show even if it was days late When I explained this was a dog with a broken leg that needed the support immediately and that they failed to be honest in letting me know that "expedited" shipping could take anywhere from hours to a week or more, they responded by saying they don't have additional hours to spend on the phone with customers explaining the "what ifs." Needless to sayI threw away an extra dollars and in the end had to have my husband go and pick the order up (our gas money, our time)If they had been honest in the first place, the brace would have been on my puppy in a timely fashion and I would have saved myself an extra dollars as I would have picked it up the day I spoke with the employee on the phoneI also will not be refunded on my visa until the product is returned back to them which AGAIN will be me having to return personally Very poor customer service.....from a very unsatisfied customerThey're retort "it's Canada Posts problem, not theirs."
I strongly advise that if any customers order this product, they personally go and pick it up as expedited shipping counts for nothing and in the end the puppy suffers and the owner is left frustrated and out of money
