Review: I am escalating this to a claim with the Revdex.com due to the fact that there has been many attempts on my end to contact the seller myself before getting anyone else involved. I was hopeful that I would have been able to amicably resolve my concerns with Handmade Spark/Blank Slate Factory Inc, but they have proven to have a severe lack of customer service. I have contacted Handmade Spark 10+ times requesting a cancellation of my account through their online system.There is nowhere to cancel the online account yourself, therefore they ask you to email their services and support team at [redacted] OR to fill out an online form. In early April 2013 after no longer wishing to have my products on their platform for a variety of reasons, I filled out their form requesting cancellation. I did not receive an email stating that they had received my cancellation and thought that it would be taken care of as they had stated and promised in all of their literature online.The charge came out again on May **, 2013 much to my surprise. I again filled out their online "cancellation" form and sent an email to their support team. Weeks went by with no response. There is no contact information anywhere online other than these contact forms and emails that go unanswered.June **, 2013 came around and the charge was taken AGAIN. I have since found that I can cancel the reoccurring payment that was being taken from my account and have done so because Blank Slate/Handmade Spark are denying my request by remaining silent.I, however, am demanding a refund for the 4 months I had attempted to cancel my Handmade Spark account while Handmade Spark chose not to cancel. The refund to be received is $24.00 USD.There is no contract with Handmade Spark/Blank Slate Factory Inc; they claim that you can cancel your account at any time, but they don't contact you when you don't want their services anymore.I need this resolved and look forward to my full refund in the amount of $24.00 USD.Regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I am demanding a refund for the 4 months I had attempted to cancel my Handmade Spark account while Handmade Spark chose not to cancel.
