First I would like to say I am sorry I have not responded backMy Internet has only been working on and offMost of the time off.I read the response from the companyWhen I spoke to them on the phone, the woman was very rude to meWhen I said that if you advertise an item for sale at one price and when you are contacted about its not right to change the advertise priceShe was almost yelling at me on the phoneFor them to say if they had to sell it at the advertise price they would go out of business is a bunch of bullHow many call did the receive for that item?My husband and I are business owners and if one of our employees give a customer a wrong price and it is in writing we honor that priceIt is call good customer serviceThis company had poor costumer serviceThey could have offered a small discount instead of placing the blame on others, The bottom line is they are responsible for what is advertised on their wed-site. We have to approve our upgrade to our web-site before it is publishedThe blame is theirs, they should have stood by their ad.This company in not reliable.Thank you,*** ***

Business states that they apologize for the misunderstanding. The business website was being updated at the time consumer decided to make the purchase. The prices on the website were not correctly updated at the time. The issues have now been rectified.  Unfortunately, the company will not be...

able to sell the item at the incorrect price that was listed as it would not be able to stay in business if it did this every time a situation like this arose. Company prices on website are now correct and customer is welcome to make purchase at the current prices.

Review: I went to the company's web-site to order The Handozer Driveway Groomer. The add said $299.99 FREE FREIGHT. When I went to place the order a shipping charge showed up. I called the company to today to place the order. I was told that I would be charged freight. When I said the web-site said free freight, I was told that it was a mistake. The company who does the web-site made the mistake. I said the ad says free freight and they should give free freight. Again I was told no, it is the web-site company's fault. I feel they should sell you the product as what it was listed for, not what they want to change it to. I own a company and if a costumer is show a wrong price we will give it to them at that price or it is false advertising. I would never have called the company to order it if it was not free freight. It's a shame that they have used this lame excuse to get orders. I did take a picture of the ad with my phone.Desired Settlement: I think the public needs to be aware that this business does not follow through with what there ads say
