The company owner and movers were not clear about any specifics of the moving service. I did not have any paperwork with information about specifics. During my moving services, my television was busted. I understand accidents happen, therefore I contacted the owner promptly. When I explained the situation, the owner stated I had not provided a television box or insurance through their company. However, when booking this moving service, I was not offered insurance. The website did not offer this anywhere throughout this process. Also, there was not specifications about the move, including specific boxes and/or material needed during your move. I would have gladly provided a television box, if this was detailed.
The owner has been rude about the whole situation. First, the owner claimed she would refund me the money, if I had my original receipt and serial number. I was able to submit a picture of the television, receipt, and serial number. After a week passed, I finally got a response that insurance did not approve. However, originally she stated, "I would be refunded for the moving expenses", because she was not aware that she needed to tell customers they need a tv box. She assumed all customers knew this, and I feel as if a customer should be told all specifics. If this company had a contract, this would help as well.
The customer service at this business is awful. I paid for a moving service that busted my television, and will not take ANY responsibility. I feel as if, a business owner should do better, and admit when in the wrong.

Refund This owner should have a contract that each customer signs before the service, because all customers are not aware of all materials needed during a move. Also, the business owner should learn to act more professional, then saying, "I tried, that is all that matters." I have now lost money through the television being broken and paying for a moving service that was not adequate. I would not be nearly upset, if this business owner would have refunded (even partial) the original bill.

I did not response to first one because the address was missing number I could not have access to it
sorry for the lady she wrote an unfair report try to take advantage from us
first she did not order a moving from us she did request labor from us through *** which she so have experience in the move before
she has trailer attach to her truck when we load the item was every thing perfect no damage what ever from our side
she pack it her stuff she drove her trailed one way couple our away from the city we load it her
she called us 2 week later complain a bout tv been broke .
when we serve her we drove an hour going and an hour back and send her great guy for 2 hours for 125 dollar only
I can not believe that how we can be responsible for something we did not do any thing wrong
we did not pack her stuff we did not drive her trailer we did not unload her only thing we did we load her as labor

The business owner is intentionally lying about all details. My television was not busted during the move, you can see it was dropped. Also, I did not wait 2 weeks to complain. The service was provided Saturday evening, and I called her with complaints early Sunday afternoon. As far as the owner lying, this is unbelievable. I do have proof of the call being completed that Sunday and text messages with this complaint that week as well. I did not wait 2 weeks.
