I understand [redacted] feels that we have a lack of communication concerning her child. The teachers that were in charge of her child knew he was starting and was expecting him in their classroom. They were the same teachers she met on her tour and the same teachers she had the conversations with...

about her sons needs. When she dropped off on their first morning the teachers from his classroom had not started their shifts yet and he was dropped off in the opening classroom that is the routine in the center every morning. When mom picked up on her first day the teacher expressed her concerns about his safety in the classroom and we were having a conversation about what is going to be best for the welfare of the child. We had decided to leave him in his original classroom to give him time to adjust and settle in to a new routine. We did not feel his moving to a different classroom on his second day would be conducive to his building relationships and development. I discussed leaving him in the original classroom for a least one week to see if he adjusted to his new environment. Mom called later that evening stating that she was not going to be returning. There was no discussion about a refund at that time. This is the first I have heard about a refund and I have started the refund process she will have the full amount refunded to the card she used within 4 weeks. Please feel free to call me with any other questions.Thank you,[redacted]
