Review: The billing office at Hands on Hands has been harassing me for months. When I was going there for treatment I was covered by a BlueCross plan administered by Pinnacle Claims 949 863 1000. [redacted] is the contact person. I was totally paid up through June 2015. I then retired from my job at the end of June. I owed no $ and I did not continue treatment. At first they kept insisting that I owed $499 . Then later it was $49. I spoke with [redacted] some weeks back and she agreed I owed no $ and it would be taken care of. Today, I received a note from a collection agency saying I owe $49. Something must be wrong with them in billing. Incompetent is a better description every time I spoke to [redacted] over there she totally did not listen to me. I want this cleared up. I have excellent credit and want this erased so it does. It affect my credit. Other people who go there need to know of their incompetence too.Desired Settlement: Erase this false bill and make sure my credit is not affected
