I asked Stephen to inspect a home for me He was professional, readily available and took the time to do a detailed home inspection which uncovered issues with the property which did affect my decision whether to make an offer on it This was very helpful and I am glad I had his expertise I had Stephen do another inspection a month or so later and he once again was incredibly helpful I would recommend him to people I know, he knows his stuff and his reports have been helpful I would happily use his services again

We are in the process of buying our fifth houseWe have hired three previous home inspectors (one inspector twice) This was our first time working with Steve He exceeded our expectations in a big way! The house we are buying in located on the Sunshine Coast and Steve needed to commute via the ferry He was punctual Steve made it to ferry liin Horseshoe Bay before us During the inspection, Steve was thoroughHe was methodical and he did not rush He took photographs of each issue He was also pleased to have us accompany him and he was candid, honest, yet respectful The house we are buying has a fast closing date but Steve was able to complete this inspection on very short notice and on his day off! Early the following morning, Steve emailed us his completed 28-page report replete with photographs of each issueI can't image how another home inspector could improve upon what Steve delivered He was personal, communicative, and courteous to us as the buyers and to the sellers who were also present during the inspectionIt is so clear that Steve is in the right career! Hands on Home Inspections really came though for us. We needed a last minute inspection done on the sunshine coast on a Sunday(Mother's day no less) and he offered to get on the ferry and get it done that same day!

His report was thorough and we loved the fact that he included photos of all the areas inspected as well as links to explain terminology and tips on how to get repairs done.

I recently hired Hands on Home Inspections Ltd. to do an inspection of a condo I had an offer on in Burnaby. Stephen completed the inspection and report in a timely and professional manner.
