Review: My dtr bought a massage for me through a [redacted] on line, the [redacted] voucher information states that this is redeemable only at [redacted] for the goods and services, if the merchant refuses to honor this voucher, [redacted] will refund the purchaser the amount pd. The company may be [redacted] however the provider was Hands on Massage Therapies in Mechanicsville; I was able to make contact with a person "[redacted]" @ [redacted] and schedule the appt which was org. for 1/17/14, she contacted me and changed to 1/25/14, I went to the address and no one showed, waited for 20 mins. Called two different #'s listed for service and left about five voice mail msgs., no follow up, no returned calls. I have yet to get the service (massage) my dtr pd. for.Desired Settlement: I would like to be sure this is an appropriate business and how come no one can reach them! Ideally, I'd like to receive the service but at this point, I think my dtr should get her money back and something should be done about the way this "business" is run. My dtr, [redacted], said she also had difficulty making contact. I don't know if the fact this was through a [redacted] or not has anything to do with it, but, regardless people should get a service they have paid for.
