Business Bureau: If the company had accommodated me and processed my request in good faith for a full refund of $699.00 2 months ago, I would not have asked for assistance with a 3rd party.Also, I paid $261.00for 2 courses online using my credit card last Nov. **, 2015.(PT-01 Online Myofascial Trigger point and proprioceptive therapy and PT-04 Online, MT approach for shoulder and hand pathology)It has been more than a year, and the PT-04 Online MT was never offered online. On this issue, I would like to request another refund of $130.50 which is half of the amount I paid. Please see attached receipt. Once I receive both checks, $699 and $130.50, the case will be resolved. Thank you.
