Paul came out to reconnect the exhaust fan over the stove top. Paul was efficient, professional, friendly and got the job done. He was a pro.
wanted to report that this service was executed by two hardworking, knowledgeable and friendly fellows. They installed 1000 square feet of sod in about 3 1/2 hours. No issues just a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend this service.

Hands you Demand estimated close to 9k to pressure wash and make repairs to my home. I made a $4200 deposit (Half), which included an entire weeks rental for the man lift. The first day, workers showed up at 11 AM and pressure washed until about 2 PM. The second day they showed up at 10 AM and worked until about 1 PM. The third day the owner (***') showed up for a few hours to finish pressure washing and promised they would be back to make the repairs. After that nothing! I'm out $4200 for pressure washing and unused man lift. They quoted $980 to do pressure washing. In getting in touch with the owner, he blamed the 'estimator? however he (the owner, ***) is the one that approved the contract and all of the estimates!! He said he would refund some of the $4200, however I have yet to receive a refund.
The owner *** promised to get me my refund when he finished another job. Bottom line: He should NOT have taken my money if he did not have the ability to pay his crew or buy construction materials.
Billing Adjustment The contract quote for pressure washing was 980.00. The man lift was rented for a week to not only pressure wash but also make repairs to the home. The manlift was only used partly each day for pressure washing only, thus wasting an entire weeks rental! I'm willing to give $600 towards that man lift rental. I gave a deposit of $4200 (which equaled half of the total estimate for work). So, $980 for pressure washing plus $600 rental equals 1580.00. I want a refund of $2,620

I highly recommend Hands You Demand! I had two bathrooms renovated in my older home. They are prompt, reasonable, clean, have excellent communication. My lead contractor went above and beyond for me. They will be the forst group I call for my needs.
I was extremely pleased with Hands You Demand. The workers who came to my house were extremely professional, hard-working and pleasant. The work they did was great! I highly recommend them.
After a couple of reschedulings due to weather, Hands You Demand arrived on time and ready to work. Raphael and company did a fantastic job replacing the shed door and repairing the shed floor and roof. I will definitely use them again.
