Review: Failure of Hands on Seminrs to refund my $569.00 for a cancelled course.. I purchased the course and my credit card was charged on $569.00 on 5/*/13. Hands on Seminars cancelled my course and I was e-mailed on 7/**/13 that my $ will be mailed to me via live check within 7-10 business days. I have contacted seminar coordinator [redacted] weekly @ ###-###-#### and am told that my refund is still in process and the only person who can help me is [redacted] in accounting. [redacted] has not responded to my voicemail or e-mail. On 8/**/13 I was told by [redacted]'s replacement [redacted] that the company has recently moved and they are having system issues they are unable to tell me when I can expect my return. The address that I have from e-mail correspondence is [redacted]. I am unaware if this address (or the address you have on file) is their current address.Desired Settlement: Refund $569.00 for course that they cancelled

Review: I signed up to attend a continuing education course that was scheduled for August [redacted] and [redacted]. The company cancelled due to low attendance. We had options of refund or home study; I originally chose home study and was told the materials would be sent immediately. I waited 3 weeks and did not receive the materials so I called and requested a refund instead so I could select a course with a different company. I was told I would receive the money by the end of August with an email confirmation. I have not yet received the refund of $425.00 as promised. I have called and left voice mails and sent emails as well and have not received any response from them.Desired Settlement: Refund back to the Visa I originally paid with.
