I am writing in response to your correspondence regarding our customer, *** ***
First of all, as noted on our Company Policies, Vehicle
Claims and Descriptions, we encourage the customer to send a third party inspector and/or independent appraiser to our facility to inspect the vehicle prior to purchaseWe also offer any additional photos and videos, beyond the shown on our website, specific to the customer's request, all of which were declined
To address several specific issues:
1) Picture number on our website clearly shows no Shoulder Belts
2) Mr*** acknowledged on the attached Odometer that the miles were Exempt
3) All gauges and instruments were functioning as they should when it left our facility
Per Mr***, there were numerous issues with his chosen transporter that displayed negligence, unprofessionalism and incompetenceWe offered to facilitate his transport, but were refusedThe car was in his transporter's possession for daysThe vehicle was transferred to different carriers on several occasionsThe vehicle was placed in "holding" yardsThere is no accurate chain of custody for the vehicle or who was responsible for its condition after it left Ultra MotorsportsAs I stated previously, all gauges and instruments were functioning as they should when it left our facilityDue to carrier negligence by Mr***'s carriers, all (4) keys were lost to the vehicleSince there were no keys for an undetermined amount of time, the vehicle was unlocked while in the transporter's possessionAlong with the keys, the service records sent with the vehicle were also lostAny number of things could have been tampered with on the vehicle within his Shipper's time of possession
