We booked movers 2 weeks before moving.On the moving day no one showed up. Later just called and said they elect not to come and move usWe booked movers two weeks before moving and confirmed the moving date. On the moving day no one showed up. After calling Handy Hands we were told that no one knew where the movers were but they would bring another crew. Two hours and a few phone calls later we were told that Handy Hands were choosing not to move us as they didn't have a truck. We were left by ourselves, and we had to move out of our apartment that day. Should I mention they asked for credit card information in case we stood them up? But won't compensate for putting us in a situation they did.The person we talk to was [redacted], Dispatcher XXX XXX XXXXDesired SettlementI need to warn other potential customers. I lost $150 by having to book another company last minute.
