The date of the water softener system was installed October 30, 2015, signed by *** *** contacted me in February 2016, stating she had a leak on the water softener system that I installed I kindly went out to her home and found a 1" fitting had cracked due to freeze damageI showed ***
and she didn't believe it froze and wanted me to fix the leak for freeI stated that freeze damage is not covered by the warranty on my company and not by *** the manufacture of the water softener system*** has no heat in the crawl space where the water softener system is located*** told me to leave her propertyThe next few weeks *** continued to harass me and wanted me to come back to fix the 1" cracked fitting for no moneyI said no warranty due to freeze damage and blocked her number from my phone. This person *** ***, who filed the complaint is not the person that signed the invoices*** ***, I have never met or seen this person beforeThe hot water heater and plumbing under the sinks was completed under *** *** *** *** home warranty company.I am not using another Plumbers LicenseCompletely statement and defamation of character
