I made an appointment with them just about two weeks ago for 2:p.mon the 10th of augustThe appointment time came and went, I called and was advised I hadn't paid a $consultation fee and they weren't coming!! This was NEVER mentioned when I set up the appointment, if it had been I'd have paid it!! I was told they left me a voicemail that I needed to pay the $35, this was impossible since I didn't have a voice mail!! Very poor customer service!!! Tried to schedule me for another week out!!
