Handyman 4-U

This review is for an interior paint job (cost was $2100, not including paint) that John performed on my house. The work was sub-standard and unprofessional. The agreement was to paint the entire interior of the house including doors and trim. Unfortunately for us, the Handyman 4-U painters did a poor job along the edges (colored paint was left along edges of white ceiling and trim) as well as in clean up. They did not remove any of the electrical receptacles and painted on the plastic pieces, gluing them to the walls. Left paint drip marks on the trim. Got paint all over plantation shutters--that are now ruined and need to be replaced. Got paint splatter on built-in desk and inside kitchen porcelain sink. Upon closer inspection, did not paint the edges of a room that was repainted the same color. Caulked kitchen backsplash tiling edges and painted over caulking and tile that was meant to end at the drywall. Got paint splatter on wood floors and tile. Painted door hinges. Did not clean up fast-food lunch remains. Lastly, drank all water in the refrigerator and used the washer and dryer and a half a gallon of laundry detergent. Proceed with caution if considering Handyman 4-U for any work.
