Hello, yes this is the same issue that I filed in The business didn't fulfill the contract which lead to more expenses for complete rebuild of shower, including water leak damages to my walls, wall studs, floor carpet & broken front door glass which they used for accessI requested that he completely redo my shower correctlyHe made a little patch here & there but wouldn't fix it right The last time he looked at it on 4/14/He sent me a text message which basically said " yeah it's crap, fix it yourself"That is the last I've heard from Handyman For HireI have all text messages and pictures from start date to 4/14/Thank you again

When he was at the house to give me his bid and on the first day of installation we discussed the install method I mentioned that my sister's wood floor moves and has gaps and I wanted to be sure that I wouldn't have that problem with my floor He assured me that he was a perfectionist and that the flooring wouldn't move On the day of install, he said that

Carson Medical Group no longer utilizes outside collection services, so any unpaid balance is left on the patient account and with remain a bad debt until patient contacts us for care at which time they will still be responsible for past due balances. We will not pursue bad-debt past initial collection efforts
