[redacted] presented at my home, as scheduled for 2/4/to repair my sliding glass door (which was sticking) and to replace a non-functioning drain stopper in my bathroom sink While the door was repaired beautifully, this was not the case with the bathroom sink What was the minor inconvenience of a broken pull soon turned into a steady leak whenever used The seals were not done correctly when replacing the drain resulting in water regularly dripping onto the base of my cabinet Beginning an hour after Mr [redacted] left, I have attempted to contact him via Email and phone Having left numerous messages in the last week, I am frustrated that he has not had he professionalism to at least return my calls or Emails I will now have to hire a plumber, at additional cost, to correct an issue he created DO NOT use this guy!
